Terms and conditions for the use of the websites of the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF). If you do not agree with them, please discontinue the use of the site.
This website is owned by the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation and was created to promote the organization’s activities and initiatives in relation to the INSPIRE project: Improving National Support for Prevention, Intervention, Response, and Empowerment of Victims of Violence against Children.
The images and visuals used on the website are the property of WCIF or are freely available and represent activities and events organized by WCIF, its project partner National Network for Children (NNC), or its funded organizations under its various programs.
The General Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement regarding the provision of services by the WCIF websites and their use by each User. By these Terms and Conditions, WCIF provides the services of its website free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Site services include access to information resources and data provided through a web browser. The User of the Site, in turn, agrees and undertakes to use the information and services provided subject only to the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
When using the Site, the User agrees to not violate the rights and interests of third parties and to not commit malicious acts. Malicious actions are prohibited. These include (but are not limited to):
1. Actions or omissions violating Internet ethics and/or harming persons connected to the Internet or associated networks;

4. Gaining access to resources with foreign permissions and passwords;

7. Submitting or causing systems to be submitted to unauthorized remote control or causing the installation of viruses;
8. Interfering with the normal operation of other users of the Internet and associated networks;
9. Committing acts that may qualify as a criminal offence or administrative violation under Bulgarian law or other applicable law.
Copyright
The Site publishes visual images that are either the property of WCIF or are freely available for use. All published text, graphic images, photographic images, videos or sound files published on the site are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act and belong to the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation or WCIF has arranged for the use of these rights. The use and publication of texts and graphic images from the website is only permitted when their source is correctly acknowledged.
For any use, including, but not limited to, publishing, reproducing, distributing, broadcasting photographic images, videos or sound files, the User must contact WCIF in advance at the telephone numbers or email addresses indicated on the contact page.
Privacy
It is of the utmost importance to WCIF to comply with regulations, good practices and transparency in its dealings with Users in relation to the protection of personal data. WCIF’s privacy policy is described in a separate and specific document. The Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation is the controller of personal data. WCIF is not liable for any consequences, including any damages, arising out of or in any way connected with access to, use of, or inability to use the Foundation’s website. All information on the site is provided in accordance with applicable Bulgarian law, without warranty by WCIF of its integrity and safety from malicious attacks by third parties.
WCIF is not responsible for the content, accuracy and legality of links to sites and services or resources that are made available to the User when using the Foundation’s websites.
WCIF is not responsible for the subjective perceptions and interpretation of the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the information resources on its site.
WCIF shall be entitled to indemnification for all damages, costs and claims of third parties that result from a violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or unauthorized use of the Foundation’s website services.
