Trainings

The planned INSPIRE capacity building trainings will be delivered to several different groups of potential stakeholders during different phases of the project implementation.

Phase I

During the first stage, the application stage for targeted funding, training and technical information sessions will be conducted to ensure successful applications. These first trainings aim to facilitate the application process for all organisations wishing to apply for funding within the framework of the INSPIRE Grant fund. They will include an introduction to the application form, its technical specifics, and a detailed introduction to the requirements. Special attention will be given to the need for child policies for applicant organisations as well as support for their creation. These sessions will be organised by the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF).

Phase II

The second type of trainings, again conducted by WCIF, will be at the stage of approved projects. Each organization with an approved project will have the opportunity to participate in a special session aimed at developing skills for successful project implementation in terms of project management and reporting.

Phase III

The National Network for Children (NNC) will provide various capacity building trainings for all funded organisations as well as for the network members. Training, mentoring, consultancy and other activities focusing on different approaches and trends in work related to addressing violence against children (VAC) are planned. Organisations will receive support for their organisational development, communications and fundraising. Capacity building or capacity development activities will take place at the implementation stage of the funded projects for the organisations’ teams. The trainings will include interactive and practical methods in order to stimulate dialogue and knowledge exchange between the team members of each organisation.

In addition, NNC and WCIF will develop a specific package of communication materials, tools and trainings to stimulate effective communication of organisations working in the specified context with the general public.
