There is no conflict of interest in this case. The condition is that the unit value of the intended monthly or daily rate is consistent with the terms of the employment contract and the employer’s usual practice. The same requirement applies if the contract is a civil contract.

If the secretary is also the representative of the community centre (chitalishte), it should not be allowed to contract with himself/herself as it would constitute a conflict of interest.

Yes, it is possible, in which case the condition regarding the planned monthly or daily rate set out in the answer to the question above also applies.
